The activist group created the event to address what the group’s co-founder called Stonewall Columbus’s inability to accommodate marginalized groups in the LGBTQ community. Black Queer & Intersectional Columbus is hosting its own event, Columbus Community Pride, the same day. This year’s Stonewall PRIDE Parade on Saturday, June 16, will be another for the history books.
